This is a simple almost zero carb Flaxseed Cracker that you can make in a few minutes in the Microwave with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients

The essential ingredient is Flaxseed (also known as Linseed) Meal.  You should be able to find it at any health store, even most supermarkets.  It is high in Omega-3 oils and Protein and almost all of it’s Carbohydrates are dietary fiber.

Instructions
  1. Mix everything together and rest for 2 or 3 minutes

  2. Place on baking paper. Place another sheet on top and press or roll out the meal between the sheets of paper. Between 2mm and 3mm is perfect.

  3. Portion the sheet into cracker sized rectangles If needed by lifting the top sheet and making cuts in the meal to size. Then close the top sheet.
  4. Microwave for about 2.5 minutes or until the meal is hard – stand it for a couple of minutes until they are cool to the touch.
