ground flaxseed (linseed meal)

or your favourite Herb
Instructions
Mix everything together and rest for 2 or 3 minutes
Place on baking paper. Place another sheet on top and press or roll out the meal between the sheets of paper. Between 2mm and 3mm is perfect.
Portion the sheet into cracker sized rectangles If needed by lifting the top sheet and making cuts in the meal to size. Then close the top sheet.
Microwave for about 2.5 minutes or until the meal is hard – stand it for a couple of minutes until they are cool to the touch.
