Instructions
  1. Chop the top and bottom off the potimarrons so they can sit flat
  2. Halve the potimarrons and put each half upturned into a muffin tin.
  3. Scoop out the seeds
  4. Put a little butter in each half and put in a 180C (350F) oven
  5. After about 15 mins test the potimarron with a knife point, and once they are tender they are ready
